Super-great deal on Huggies Wipes (Could be free!)

For those of you out there who need baby wipes, it might be time to swing by a Walgreens. They have coupon books by the doors, well, they're more like pamphlets. Orange, and have back to school savings on the front.

There are coupons in this thing and one is for $2/1 Huggies wipes 64-216 count. These are regularly priced at $2.99 at my store, so stack this with a $.50 or $.75 (depending on what you have from your paper or mailers) and it makes these $.24-$.49/ea.

If you have LOTS of coupons, and your store is well stocked, you can do this (if you shop by Saturday)

Buy:
9 Huggies wipes 64 count 2.99
-Total 26.91

Use
9 $.50/1 mq = -$4.50
Wags $2/1 q (you only need one, it is unlimited and the register will automatically multiply by the quantity purchased) = -$18.00
-$22.50

Total oop: $4.41 plus tax (less if you have $.75/1 mq's)

get back $5 rr for spending $25 (special through Saturday) !!

  2. Hey Brandy, I know that you love organic deals, so here is one for you... My friend at Tribal Talk is doing a blog giveaway for health yogurt and kefir starters. Go to my blog and check it out! I have tried it at her house and it is super yummy!

  3. Hi I was able to do this deal at three stores and was able to get 6 of them. Strange each store gets their new shipment in on different days unlike CVS and RiteAid they all receive their shipment on the same day.
Hope to get more before the end of the month.
I was also able to use the 1.50 (any diaper product) coupon from coupons.com with the zip code of 33907. Coupon went through no problem I just knew it would beep because there was overage but no problems as I checked out.

  4. Christa- woo-hoo! I wondered if those would beep. Nice to know they won't! :) (My favorite Wags gets their trucks on Wednesdays. It's pathetic I know this.)

  8. Hi Earthy Mama,

I have a question regarding a post on Aug 11.
It's about the Zyrtec deal - I was wondering if you were able to get the $10 GC for spending 50 on Zyrtec. I read that the 50 must be after coupons and I remember you were doing this deal a few weeks ago so I was wondering if you had any problems.
The zyrtec is on sale againg so I thought I would give it a go.
I will probably still do the deal and then get the 25SCR and then do the MIR.
    Thanks for any info!!!!!

  9. As I suspected, no wipes for me today.

Maybe I can find them this next week and spend the $5.00 RRs I earned today. Those expire the 31st, which will be coming up pretty quick.

  10. Christa- That's an excellent question. I hadn't checked back with it until just now, and one of my receipts is showing "Waiting for purchase info" Guess I'll have to call Rite Aid CS tomorrow. I'll let you know what I find out.

Melissa- Sorry! I have three of those $5 rr's to use before next week! :) But I love free money.

  11. If your Publix takes Wags competitor coupons, you can get free/overage wipes at Publix.

The 64ct wipes are $2.99 at Publix. I used the $2.00 Wags coupon, and I had the $1.50 diaper products printable, so I got .51 overage on two tubs.

Otherwise, the .50 mq from the 8/16 SS doubles to $1.00, so you get $3.00 off.

Since the $5/$25 RR deal expired, it's cheaper for me to get them for free at Publix, I think.

  12. Yes that is a great deal! None of the Publix stores around here will take the drugstore q's as far as I have found.
