Starting out at Rite Aid

If you've been hankering to try your couponing skills at Rite Aid, now would be the time to do so. If you don't already have one, be sure to sign up for the new Wellness program and have your card scanned each time you check out so you can earn points.

I've outlined some transactions below that do not require insert coupons. I recommend starting with the first one and see how coupon friendly your store is. If all goes well, go put your bag in the car and come back in for another couple, if not, try another store. You can also repeat transactions if you have multiple coupons, I am only posting a few to give you an idea of how to work the deals this week.

When shopping at Rite Aid, I always hand all my items, then hand the coupons in a specific order. First the $5/20, then the Video Values coupons, then the Manufacturer coupons. I will hand the $5/20, then the next ones I will hand two at a time so they can scan as they go. It makes it easier.

Since these deals are great moneymakers, don't forget rainchecks. If they are out of Benevia, get a raincheck for them, same with the Everlast and Nature's Bounty.

A few notes:
1. To make your dollar stretch further, be sure to use coupons on your "things you need"!
2. When there are freebies after Single Check Rebate, add those to your overage items, then you're spending overage on items that you'll get money back for in the form of a check at the end of the period!
