I found a super blinkie at Food Lion last week- it's a $.50/1 any Ronzoni pasta coupon. !!! (It does say "not subject to doubling" but it begins with a 5, so unless your cashier/store suppresses the double, it will automatically double)
This should get you free pasta at Kroger this week and overage at Publix in the future on a Ronzoni bogo sale. :)

Coupons.com reset
Sometimes on the last day of the month, many of the coupons that are available for the month are accidentally reset while the new ones for the next month are being loaded. Head over to coupons.com to see if you can print more, but I was able to print more of the Starkist tuna, coffeemate and other high value q's!
Look for new q's to be up tomorrow, but for now...enjoy the extra good q's!

$.50/1 Beef coupon
Go HERE and play for your chance to get a burger timer or .50/1 beef coupon. You can play up to five times per day. Use code A23568 to play.
This coupon states "ANY beef", and if your store doubles, it makes this $1/1 beef.
For those of you starting out- This is where you think like a couponer. Instead of buying your normal several dollar package of beef, find the SMALLEST package and get free beef!!
Or, if you find really cheap packs, possibly even overage??

This is the weekend to find LOTS of papers
That's right folks, the Bayer Meter coupon is back!
For those just starting this coupon thing- you may not know but this is a great coupon. It allows for "Up to $30 off" any Bayer Contour or Breeze 2 monitor (for diabetics).
These guys periodically have good money-making deals at Wags and CVS. The best one was at Wags. The monitors were $9.99 and you got $10rr for each one you bought! (free after rr). Well, buy one monitor, use your coupon and get it free, (only pay tax) and out pops a $10rr!!
The $10rr was more rare, but they seem to have $5 rr/ecb deals about once every 6 weeks or so.
I will be buying a lot of papers this weekend. And hitting the recycle bin. Several of them. (Lindsey, it might be time for me to come take a peek in the one you visit! :) )
What to do with the monitors? Donate them. I donated 52 monitors to the midwifery group I went to to deliver my children. They have a clinic in a low-income area where many of the moms are uninsured and they were thrilled to get these for the Moms who are diagnosed with Gestational Diabetes, and I was thrilled that I could give them to a group that I felt good about. (Love my midwifery group)

Great printable
Here's a great printable coupon for the CVS shoppers. Might make a good deal at some Publix stores as well with the coupon in the adv. buy flyer, depending on the price at your store.
Neosporin Lip Ointment $3/1 HERE (Firefox) and HERE (IE)
These are priced at $2.99 at CVS this month, so this makes them free. Use this to add to your transaction to get up to $25 so you can use the $5/$25 printable coupon and get an additional $5 off.
(I'll explain in more detail when there's a better week at CVS)
What you need to know- Print this.
That is all.

Great deals not to miss!
If you're starting out, these high value coupons are q's you want to SAVE! Don't run out and use them right away! Usually a release of a high value q means a sale is coming soon. When you use a coupon with a sale you get the best deal. Think of it this way- You can always buy the item full-priced with the coupon the day before the q expires. But if you wait for a sale, you can get super-cheap, free, or make money off it!
$1/1 Honey Nut Cheerios and free sample HERE
$.55/1 Snapple drink HERE (great for triples)
$1/2 Kraft Naturals Cheese HERE (Firefox) or HERE (Internet Explorer)

Getting started... Where to sign up for coupons.
Start thinking of all your favorite brands. Then go to their websites. See if they have a "join" or "register". If they do, they will often email or mail you coupons. It's a start.
Next, start clicking on those "contact us" links. Send an email telling them how much you love their products. By doing this, I have received coupons 95% of the time. I do not ask for coupons. I just tell them how much I love "x" product and they respond saying thank you and can we have your mailing address to send you coupons? Often these coupons are for "Free" products.
There are some places to register for freebies also. See links below.
VocalPoint - this is a GREAT one! I get great coupons from this. These q's are either for "free" items, or are so high that with a sale, they = free.
Homemade Simple - This is a neat site that often has good printables. They also periodically have a sign-up for a mailed booklet that has a bunch of coupons in it. Last time there was a "Free" Cascade jet dry-thing coupon in it. High value q's! Check back occasionally for that.

Free dozen eggs wyb dozen eggs coupon - No more prints available!

Here's a great coupon, and a great project. The Good Egg Project is donating an egg for every pledge-taker HERE. After taking your pledge, the first 20,000 will get a printable coupon for BOGO dozen eggs (max value 1.50).
We are big fans of eggs. Lacto-ovo vegetarians, we eat a LOT of eggs. Our family can easily blow through 2-3 dozen eggs a week when I'm not rationing them. :D
Enjoy!

High Value Old El Paso q

Go HERE to the Click.Call.Mail Publix site to print a coupon for $1/2 any Old El Paso products (excludes refrigerated, frozen and soup)
This could make for cheap or free with a good sale. Could also be used on the meals that are bogo this week, but I'd hold off for something better.

Great Kashi coupons!
Some new great Kashi coupons available at coupons.com (see my link box to the left to get there to print them). There are still unexpired Target printables for these to stack with. Perhaps another Kashi deal is around the corner?
Mmmm Kashi.
There are also a whole bunch of printables for General Mills products and Betty Crocker. Word on the street is that these will be in a big upcoming mega-event at Kroger, so go ahead and print the good ones before they're gone!
